Basic Application - Needle Method	Mould Making Bar
Slightly squeeze the applicator, and place a few drops of the Plastech liquid onto the Plastech powder.	Put the moulding bar into hot water.
Quickly pick up the sphere of wet powder with the needle and position it above the repair area.	After the bar becomes soft, which also means hot, pick it out of the water and carefully wipe the water off.
Slightly squeeze the applicator again, to drop the sphere onto the repair area.	Form the material into a similar shape to the area to be repaired or reproduced.
	Form the material around a tab or another part which is the same shape as the one to be repaired.

It has been described as a new "wonder plastic" by Max Power magazine and "seriously impressive and highly recommended," (Biker Magazine.) It can fix, stick and mould shapes in minutes and is simple to use.

Once Plastech is dry it can be rubbed down and painted and, after the 15 minutes or so it takes to cure, it will be tough and behave like the material that surrounds it.

Replacing Missing Tabs

Find an identical tab elsewhere on vehicle.

Press prepared moulding bar over tab to form a mould.

Place mould under missing tab and fill with PLASTECH.

Remove mould material after PLASTECH is completely hardened.

Plastech allows anyone to make effective repairs in plastic products with little practical experience and no need for expensive equipment. The reusable moulding bar means that small parts can be replicated and then bonded to other plastic products and components. Plastech is extremely strong and repairs made with Plastech are often stronger than the original item.

This unique new product is manufactured in the UK by Plastech Products Ltd. It is made up of Methyl Methacrylate liquid and an acrylic Powder, these come in separate containers within each kit and when you mix the two a chemical reaction rapidly occurs which is what makes the Formula so special.
